Panqa Wings Recipe

make the sauce look more orange like panqa sauce

🔥 Panqa Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split, drumettes and flats)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 fresh cloves minced)

  • ¼ cup Panqa Sauce (add more to taste)

  • Optional garnish: chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, or lime wedges

Instructions

1. Preheat and Prep

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 400°F).

  • Pat the wings dry with paper towels — this helps them crisp.

  • Toss wings with panqa, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

2. Cook

Oven method:

  • Arrange wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.

Air fryer method:

  • Air fry in batches for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp and browned.

3. Panqa Toss

  • In a large bowl, add Panqa sauce while wings are hot.

  • Toss until every wing is coated with that bright, garlicky, gingery Panqa glaze.

4. Serve

  • Plate the wings and drizzle a little extra Panqa on top for color and punch.

  • Sprinkle with cilantro, lime, or sesame if you want a pop of freshness.

Pro Tip

For a deeper flavor:
Marinate the wings in a mix of Panqa, garlic, and a splash of soy or lemon juice for 2–4 hours before cooking.
