Panqa Simple Salad Recipe


🥗 Panqa Iceberg Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped or shredded

  • 1 chicken breast, grilled or pan-seared

  • 2–3 tbsp Panqa Sauce (use more for drizzling)

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon or lime for brightness


Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken

  • Season the chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Grill or sear over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly golden.

  • Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thin.

2. Build the Salad

  • In a large bowl, toss chopped iceberg lettuce with a spoonful of Panqa Sauce to lightly coat.

  • Add sliced chicken on top.

3. Finish

  • Drizzle a little more Panqa over everything for extra flavor.

  • Add a squeeze of citrus if you like it extra bright.


Serving Tip

Keep it cold and crisp — serve the lettuce straight from the fridge and the chicken warm for that perfect contrast.
