Panqa Simple Salad Recipe

🥗 Panqa Iceberg Chicken Salad
Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped or shredded

1 chicken breast, grilled or pan-seared

2–3 tbsp Panqa Sauce (use more for drizzling)

Pinch of salt and pepper

Optional: squeeze of lemon or lime for brightness
Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken

Season the chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper.

Grill or sear over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly golden.

Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thin.
2. Build the Salad

In a large bowl, toss chopped iceberg lettuce with a spoonful of Panqa Sauce to lightly coat.

Add sliced chicken on top.
3. Finish

Drizzle a little more Panqa over everything for extra flavor.

Add a squeeze of citrus if you like it extra bright.

Keep it cold and crisp — serve the lettuce straight from the fridge and the chicken warm for that perfect contrast.
