Just got my first bottle and I love it. Its great on most everything, I just ordered a bigger bottle. I will be ordering many more. Only problem is my bottle is always empty lol. I better stock up. I love the heat range. A lot of times I buy hot stuff & its to spicy,, This sauce has just the right amount of heat for me. Love it.

A little tip for you in the meantime. Mixing the sauce with Rocoto paste can help give it an extra kick without taking away too much from the flavor.

Panqa sauce is amazing. So far I have used it on fish nachos, tacos, and eggs. Cant wait to try some on potatoes as well. Very impressed with this hot sauce. Very flavorful and less hot than I thought it would be which makes it perfect for everyday use.

Honestly, it’s hard to say why it doesn’t hit me. It reminds me of carrot purée with some mild chili I don’t recognize. Perhaps a craft vinegar for some tang and some more heat with a touch of sweet.
